It's time for our 4th donation meeting of 2018. Who will our next charity recipient be?!

Join members in The Clubhouse at the Executive Suites Hotel & Resort Squamish from 7 to 8 pm (ish) to hear the present needs of three local Sea to Sky charities, then vote for the charity you feel should receive a $100 donation from each member. The charity with the most votes will receive our collective donation! Please be sure to submit your charity nomination for this quarter by Wednesday, October 24th, here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/100womenseatosky/

As always, new members are welcome. Please come to see if you would like to commit to four quartlery donations of $100 throughout the year for which you will receive a charitable tax donation receipt directly from our chapter's chosen charity. $100 X 100 women = $10,000 of impact for amazing causes benefitting our community!

When the meeting is over, please stay to mix & mingle with fellow members at Norman Rudy's Pub if you are able. It's a great opportunity to get to know amazing like-minded women who want to help do so much good throughout the Sea to Sky Corridor!

Proxy forms are available at https://www.100womenseatosky.com/members/ to submit electronically or to print and send to the meeting, along with your $100 cheque, with your appointed member. You may watch the presentations via FB LIVE on our 100 Women Who Care Sea to Sky Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/100womenseatosky/ during the scheduled meeting time, then text or message your vote to be counted in the decision making process.

7:50 - 8:05 pm - Ballot Collection & Counting, Report from Big Brothers Big Sisters Sea to Sky on how our previous quarter's donation has been put to good use.

8:05 pm - This quarter's charity recipient announcement, cheque writing/online payments made.

8:10 pm - Hand in cheque or show online payment confirmation upon exit, enjoy Norman Rudy's Pub with fellow chapter members if you are able to stay!
