7:50 - 8:05 pm - Ballot Collection & Counting, Report from Big Brothers Big Sisters Sea to Sky on how our previous quarter's donation has been put to good use.

8:05 pm - This quarter's charity recipient announcement, cheque writing/online payments made.

8:10 pm - Hand in cheque or show online payment confirmation upon exit, enjoy Norman Rudy's Pub with fellow chapter members if you are able to stay!
